In-House Legal Counsel (Global Hotel and Lifestyle Operator)
Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid – 2 days work from home)
 
Achieve Professionals, on behalf of our client, a prestigious global Hotel and Lifestyle Operator, is seeking a talented and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join their legal team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, innovative, and fast-growing organisation in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle industry.
 
As In-House Legal Counsel, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate Hotel Management Agreements and other related documents.
• Provide legal support for hotel operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Handle corporate commercial agreements, including F&B contracts, supplier agreements, and licensing arrangements.
• Offer strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on various projects and business operations.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Manage legal risk and provide training to relevant teams on legal and regulatory matters.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Hotel Management Agreement drafting and negotiation.
• Legal support for hotel operations.
• Corporate commercial drafting and negotiation, including F&B agreements.
• At least 2 years of law firm experience (in-house experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English (fluency in Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
