We are searching for an experienced and established lawyer at Senior/Partner level to join our clients Corporate team in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with both M & A and corporate finance transactions, with a proven ability to lead these on behalf of clients.

- Support fellow senior colleagues in the Corporate team in promoting continued growth within the firm
- Direct responsibility for dealing with corporate finance transactions
Essential Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years PQE working in a busy Corporate team, with an excellent knowledge of both relevant law and market practice
- A driven and enthusiastic individual who will be able to support junior members of the team, as well as handle their own caseload
- An ability to manage a demanding caseload and work within strict deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
