Achieve Professionals are currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor, experienced Paralegal, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to work at a well-established firm in their Blyth office.
 
Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record in handling transactional caseloads of sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfers of equity from instruction to post completion
• The ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload autonomously is a must
• The firm is Lexcel and CQS accredited so you will be expected to adhere to policies and procedures required by such accreditations
• Will be able to offer a high level of client care and will be expected to participate in networking and promotion of the firm
