Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
We are working with a growing group of companies in Middlesbrough in their search for a Finance Administrator, with a salary on offer of £25,000-£30,000 per year.
This role will be working with the Managing Director to ensure the smooth cash flow and financial operations within a group of companies in their Teesside office.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining invoicing processes within the group, and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis
- Liaise with internal and external contractors, ensuring all parties work collaboratively
- Raising invoices, and ensuring that revenue streams are accurately invoiced
Essential requirements/qualifications
- Previous experience in credit control and/or an invoicing role
- Ideally AAT qualified, or working towards
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, and ability to deliver financial reports and forecasting to the team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
