Position: Senior Residential Conveyancer 
Location: Epping, Essex 
Salary: £50,000 
 
Job Description

• You will be responsible for your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters including Sales, Purchasing, Freehold, Leasehold, New-Build, Unregistered, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, in relation to residential property matters in England and Wales.  

 
Job Specification 

• Excellent knowledge of Conveyancing and Land Law 
• 8 years PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer 
• Extensive experience in managing a mixed residential property caseload from inception to completion with no supervision.
