Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission + bonus
Location: Teesside, UK
Office Based, Full Time, Permanent 
 
We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Achieve Professionals.

Achieve Professionals specialises in corporate recruitment in the Finance, Legal, HR, Technology and IT divisions. We support CEOs, Companies and Private Family Offices with their bespoke recruitment needs. Achieving excellence by delivering exceptional service will always be at the forefront of what we do. Day to day:

• Business development: reaching out to new clients, and demonstrating how you can add value to them and streamline their recruitment process
• Sourcing new candidates: grow our network of candidates and try to connect them with our clients to support their search for a new role
• Client relationship: build and develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business 

The ideal candidate:

• A degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or in a related field
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A results-driven individual with a genuine passion to succeed
